Training, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs worldwide
We offer and encourage to take our comprehensive training courses, adapted and personalized for each of our customers. We also offer the possibility to conduct training at the location of our customer or at our facility.
Our training is divided into two phases:
- Practical knowledge: During this phase, we teach operators about safe practices and best practices for our systems. This phase must be completed before continuing to the experience phase as our systems are extremely powerful and can cut through materials such as cement.
- Experience: During this phase, operators will apply practical knowledge and gain experience using the system under the supervision of a professional operator.
Our customers can maintain, upgrade and repair their systems in our service points around the globe. For smaller repairs, we also send our engineers to the customers' location to identify the problem and fix it.
