With the C70 video nozzle, HD footage is captured during pipe cleaning, allowing data to be analyzed manually or by AI software. This makes it easy to identify which pipes need attention and which don’t, helping municipalities focus resources where they are truly needed and reduce unnecessary maintenance costs.
Once pipe conditions are clear and prioritized, the Sewer Robotics modular robot system can perform a wide range of pipeline tasks with different interchangeable modules. Using high-pressure water jet cutting, the robot removes roots, grease, grout, cement, and mineral deposits quickly and precisely, without damaging the pipe. For localized damage, the UVP125 packer performs spot repairs using UV light to cure a pre-impregnated glass fibre liner within just eight minutes, eliminating the need for on-site resin mixing. After relining, lateral reinstatement cutting tools restore pipe connections smoothly and accurately.
All these maintenance and rehabilitation tasks can be carried out by the same robot system, operated from a single truck and crew, making pipeline management smarter, faster, and more efficient.
