The C70 Video Nozzle was designed to turn routine sewer cleaning into a valuable inspection and asset-management process, with practically no additional work for the cleaning operator.
MORE INFORMATION IN EVERY FRAME
Its HD camera, high frame rate and mechanical self-leveling provide a stable and detailed image while retaining the full usable image area, rather than relying on digital rotation and cropping. The combination of higher resolution and frame rate means that considerably more visual information is captured while the nozzle is moving at normal cleaning speed, reducing the possibility of defects being missed between frames.
BUILT FOR DAILY SEWER CLEANING
The C70 is also built for the realities of everyday sewer cleaning. Its stainless-steel construction and stacked sapphire protection lenses provide excellent impact resistance, while its 10+ hour battery capacity is designed to cover a complete working day. Pressure-activated recording and lighting mean that everything happens automatically when cleaning pressure is applied: the operator simply cleans the pipe as usual.
FROM VIDEO TO ASSET MANAGEMENT
Most importantly, the C70 goes far beyond simply producing a video. The customer’s pipeline network can be imported into Sewer Analytics and displayed on an offline map on the tablet. The operator selects the pipe being cleaned, after which recordings can be linked to the correct asset. Videos, defects and project progress can subsequently be managed and visualized on the network map, while defects can be coded manually or automatically using AI.
A MORE EFFICIENT CLEANING AND INSPECTION WORKFLOW
The objective is therefore not merely to see inside a pipe, but to use routine cleaning to identify which pipes are perfectly fine and which require additional cleaning, detailed CCTV inspection or rehabilitation. This can make the customer’s complete cleaning and inspection workflow substantially more efficient.
