It started with two operators facing a major root blockage in a sewer pipeline. Their idea was simple: equip a robotic crawler with a high-pressure water jet to tackle the obstruction.
That idea led to the founding of ID-TEC and the development of the first modular robotic system that would lay the foundation for Sewer Robotics.
Today, Sewer Robotics helps professionals around the world maintain and rehabilitate underground pipelines, with the same practical approach to solving challenges.

SEWER ROBOTICS was the first company to introduce UHP water jet cutting from a specialized crawler to remove solid obstructions and deposits settled. Our customers worldwide have removed many different materials and saved lots of pipes from replacement over the course of more than 20 years.
Our 20+ years of UHP water jet cutting experience can be recognized in the designs and features of our precise and reliable directional cutting robots that are easy to operate and easy to service.
